I am simply leading one to my next point, the next point being is – your desire requires a starting point. So to start developing desire, my key’s you must have a purpose. Exactly why do you want to pursue real estate property? I know what you’re thinking: to make money, to have security, to feel useful and appearance successful. Good points. When I moved up to another location one, I quickly learned the moment I rented it, I was in some way responsible for creating happiness and peace of mind in the life of another person that was of no relation to me.
It soon was evident if you ask me how the choices I produced in choosing that first property either would help me or hurt me in my quest to succeed in the property investment business.
